What will you learn?

On this course you will:

  • Gain hands-on experience in the kitchen

  • Learn essential techniques and methods specific to each cuisine

  • Improve your practical knife skills as well as techniques when approaching different vegetables.

  • Learn to use and trust your pallet to identify when a dish needs more salt, acid or fat and master the secrets of seasoning and garnishing, allowing you to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.

How is the course structured?

We start each day with breakfast together. You will learn about the various tools and techniques you will need as they come up in our lessons. We prepare lunch for ourselves and other guests each day, giving us some real-life demands to meet! The second half of each day will involve a demonstration of desert preparation with delicious results for all.

What’s included?

The course fee of €380 covers tuition, the use of tools and materials, and two wholesome and nutritious daily meals each day, as well as tea, coffee and cake when it is most needed.
