Emma Hill

Emma is a textile designer & tutor based in Wicklow.

Currently teaching in the Grafton Academy, Dublin, Emma works with students in pattern drafting & garment construction, guiding them along their creative journeys.

She has worked for multiple Irish designers & start ups, before moving towards more textile based work, such as embroidery, natural dyeing and print.

Her practice is rooted in the seasons & surroundings, and she uses methods like tessellation and patchwork, to utilise all parts of materials.
