Éamonn O’Sullivan

Éamonn has been carving spoons for 10 years. His spoons are used in many of Ireland’s top restaurants, four of which have Michelin stars. Thousands of Hewn spoons have been shipped around the world, each one hand crafted by Éamonn himself, with an axe and a knife, from locally collected wood. It is one of Hewn’s missions to spread the joy of using and carving handmade wooden spoons to as many people as possible. Many hundreds of people have attended his workshops and he has over 150 5-star reviews on Google.
