Designed to bring the world’s flavors to your home, Ash has designed these weekend courses to offer a different cuisine each month. This program is perfect for food enthusiasts looking to enhance their cooking skills in a relaxed environment and expand their kitchen repertoire.

What will you learn?
Gain hands-on experience in the kitchen, learning essential techniques and methods specific to each cuisine. You improve your practical knife skills as well as techniques when approaching different vegetables.
Learn to use and trust your pallet to identify when a dish needs more salt, acid or fat and master the secrets of seasoning and garnishing, allowing you to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.

Ashley Gribben
An alumni of Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ash immersed herself in London's infamous Ottolenghi kitchens where she learnt a deep love and understanding of Middle Eastern food.
After working as head chef at Ottolenghi, she made the bold move to leave city life behind and move to the west coast of Ireland working in Little Fox, Hugos and Ash at Pots and Pot Duggans before settling with us at Common Knowledge as our head chef.
Ash cooks from the heart, delivering big, bold, fresh flavours using the best Irish ingredients and is looking forward to sharing her experience with you.
