Heritage Open Day - Nature Trail Restoration
You are invited to join the Common Knowledge team for our September Heritage Open Day.
We will kick off the day with at 11am with a Nature Trail workshop where we learn how to repair and restore nature trails, this will be followed by a walk and talk as we discuss all things heritage and biodiversity on our 50 acre site in Kilfenora, including:
11am - 1.30pm:
Nature Trail workshop: Learn about how to repair and restore natural trails while restoring and developing the nature trail at Common Knowledge - no experience necessary
2pm - 3.00pm
Guided Walk of the Site: Embark on a guided tour through our Biodiversity and heritage trail. Discover the diverse flora and fauna that thrive here and learn about our ongoing conservation efforts.
Tea and Biscuits: Relax in our Lodge over tea and biscuits and meet fellow attendees after the tour.
This event is perfect for anyone interested in sustainable practices, nature, biodiversity, heritage and history. It’s also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and connect with others in the community.
